I spent most of my surfing today checking out everyone's goals for the Eat from Your Pantry Challenge, and while most of us have some similar goals in mine, some folks have some pretty lofty ones! Eat From the Pantry Challenge
What a great way to start off the New Year.... with a challenge! This will go nicely with my January 1st post (stay tuned!)... and I accept the challenge! For the month of January the JusFrugal household will use the stockpile and items currently residing in the freezer to make our meals. The only food items I will purchase are perishable items such as dairy, produce and bread. We may still go out for an occasional meal (I want to have a least one date night, and I usually go out to dinner once a month with some of my ladies!) This will be tough, because I admit, I have a hard time saying no to a REALLY good deal, but I am going to try my best!
